If you have not yet logged in to FirstAccess, here are the steps:
Create a log-in. Using your e-mail address, click here create a log-in. You will need to provide an e-mail address and your first and last name as they exist in our current database. If the program says it does not recognize your e-mail, please call Lynn Campbell at 214-220-2727, ext. 202 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm we have your current e-mail address in the church database system.
• If the information you entered is correct, you should get a “Congratulations…” message. You will then be sent an e-mail to the e-mail address you gave that will contain your User Name and Password.
• With this information, go back to the FirstAccess log-in screen. Enter the User Name and Password provided in the e-mail.
• You will then be required to enter a new password twice. Remember this User Name and Password.
• You will now be taken to your Overview Page.
Verify the information we have on file for you.
Under the I Want to View tab, click My Complete Profile. Here you may change your preferred contact method, your preference for receiving the monthly FirstNews newsletter, check your giving history, etc. To change any information, click on the Edit button at the top right-hand corner. Make your changes and submit. The changes will not actually take place at that moment. The church office will receive your request to change information. Once approved, it will appear in your record after the next data upload, usually done once each week.
FirstAccess… your online stop for the church directory, event registration and payment, viewing and printing your giving statement, setting up your preference for receiving giving statements and the monthly FirstNews newspaper by e-mail and much more. Once you are logged in, you can review and update your profile. We encourage all members to sign up and stay up-to-date by checking back regularly.
