Cultivating self-awareness is essential to our spiritual growth, and on a very practical level, self-awareness offers us the insight and grounding we need to manage stressful situations with equilibrium and grace. In this 4-session course we will explore Enneagram teaching about how each type habitually reacts in stress, and Dr. Stoker will share mindfulness practices that will help bring awareness and peace to body, heart and mind.
