Worship With Us

FirstChurch welcomes you, and is excited to host you at our beautiful, historic church. We would love to help you plan your visit. See the information below, and connect with Anna Bundy at abundy@fumcdallas.org to get the full FirstChurch experience!

We have been monitoring ongoing reports from federal, county and city authorities; due to changing guidelines in Dallas County, we will resume limited in-person ministry beginning Sunday, April 18 through Sunday, May 23.

During this six-week experiment period, we will be returning at 25 percent capacity of our building space, and will offer a new schedule to accommodate ministry offerings as well as allow ample time for cleaning of spaces throughout the day.

For more information and to register for in-person worship, click here.

In addition, we will continue to offer an online worship service option listed here.

First United Methodist Church is located in the heart of downtown Dallas in the Arts District. Our address is:

1928 Ross Avenue
Dallas, TX 75201
214-220-2727 Telephone
469-916-9396 Fax

You can get to our church by both the Red and Blue DART lines (the St. Paul Station is just 2 blocks south of the church).

Click here to visit DART’s site for a DART rail system map.

If you are visiting with us, we encourage you to use our free valet parking. To access our valet, drive south on Harwood and turn right into our parking lot before you reach San Jacinto.  Handicapped Parking is also available at this location.

Members and returning visitors are encouraged to park in Bryan Tower at the southeast corner of San Jacinto and Harwood, diagonally across from the church. In addition, parking meters are located around the church and are free on Sundays until 1:00 p.m.
